Michael Zick joined the Black Hills Information Security (BHIS) team in the winter of 2022 as a Web Application Developer. Shortly afterward, he was assigned the Product Lead role to rebuild the Antisyphon Training website, now an e-commerce platform and CMS. Since then, he has led UX design, hired a team of developers, worked with a design agency, handled DevOps, and oversaw a successful site launch. While he still contributes to frontend development, he spends most of his time doing QA, managing Jira sprints, improving UI/UX, and boosting SEO.
